Invoice Delivery Service |
The IDS allows our Cloud customers to distribute invoices via a simple XML/CSV to their customers in form of a PDF (e.g. ZUGFeRD) or XML (XRechnung). Both parties can view and download these invoices in the corresponding Portal UI (outbox/inbox). The customer (outbox) view serves as a lightweight message monitoring. Invoices are delivered via email in form of a link (inbox UI) and/or an email attachment. All file resources are stored in BISFX. The UK VAT Portal is an additional component of the IDS. It allows our Cloud customers to monitor, file and submit UK VAT returns, liabilities and payments using the HMRC VAT-API. |
